Positive: Spacious, good-sized apartment
Great location
Very quiet building
Negative: The process for gaining entry to the building was time-consuming and rather annoying. No good if your phone runs out of battery.

Business Trip - Melbourne
Positive: The location for what I was doing was great, and the free street parking around the apartment was plentiful.
Negative: Keyless entry took a little getting used to especially if traveling on a foreign mobile.
